About The Plum Tree Clinic

Sharon Morris

Hello, I’m Sharon Morris, founder of The Plum Tree Clinic. I’ve spent my entire working life supporting others through their health journeys—first in the NHS, and now through gentle, holistic therapies like acupuncture and homeopathy. My approach is rooted in compassion, experience, and a genuine belief in the body’s ability to heal when it’s given the right support.

At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to listening. I take the time to understand what’s really going on—physically, emotionally, and energetically—so we can work together towards better balance, relief, and long-term wellbeing.

A Lifetime in Healthcare

My journey in healthcare began when I joined the NHS at just 18 years old. Over the years, I worked across a range of clinical settings, gaining invaluable experience and insight into the diverse needs of patients. From busy hospital wards to community-based services, I saw firsthand how essential it is to treat people as individuals, not just symptoms.

It was this experience—combined with a growing interest in holistic and preventative care—that led me to study acupuncture and homeopathy. I wanted to offer a more personalised, gentle way of helping people feel better in body and mind. The Plum Tree Clinic is the result of that journey: a space where care is unhurried, thoughtful, and truly patient-centred.

Supporting Women Through Every Stage

Women’s health is at the heart of my practice. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting women through all phases of life—from teenage hormonal shifts and fertility challenges, to pregnancy, postnatal care, and the transition through menopause.

Every stage brings its own set of physical and emotional changes, and I tailor treatments to support your unique journey. Whether you’re looking for natural help with cycle regulation, stress and anxiety, energy levels, or hormonal balance, I work gently and holistically to help you feel more at ease in your body.

My aim is to offer a safe, supportive space where women feel heard, respected, and empowered to take charge of their wellbeing.

A Personalised, Compassionate Approach

No two people are the same—and neither are their health journeys. That’s why I take time to really get to know each client. During every session, I listen closely to what you’re experiencing, not just physically, but emotionally and energetically too.

My goal is to create a calm, unhurried space where you feel truly heard. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface and work towards restoring balance in a way that feels right for you.

Whether you’re coming with a specific issue or simply a sense that things are “off,” my approach is always rooted in empathy, clarity, and gentle support.

Qualifications & Professional Accreditations

I am a fully qualified acupuncturist and a registered member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), which ensures that I adhere to the highest standards of practice and ethics. My training in acupuncture was extensive and covers a range of techniques that I tailor to each individual’s needs, from pain management to hormonal balance and overall wellness.

In addition to acupuncture, I am a qualified homeopath, trained in methods that support the body’s innate healing abilities. This holistic approach allows me to treat a variety of conditions and help clients restore harmony within themselves.

I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attend workshops and courses to stay current with new research and practices in both acupuncture and homeopathy. This dedication ensures that I am always offering the best possible care to my clients.
